• Candidates: name, contact details, CV, employment and education history, current and expected compensation, location preferences, and any other information you choose to share.
• Clients: name, company, designation, contact details and details of hiring requirements.
• Website visitors: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working well.

2. How we use your information

• To match candidates with suitable job opportunities and contact them about roles.
• To share candidate profiles with prospective employers — only with the candidate's consent for that specific opportunity.
• To respond to enquiries and deliver our services to clients.
• To conduct background verification where the candidate has given consent.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with prospective employers (with consent), with service providers who help us operate (such as email and form-processing providers, under confidentiality obligations), and where required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain candidate information for as long as it is useful for matching you with opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it. Client information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to contact@qusere.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Recruitment fraud notice

Qusere Solutions never charges candidates any fee for registration, interviews, training, documentation or job placement. Our official communication comes only from email addresses ending in @qusere.in. If you receive a request for payment, or a job offer without an interview, in Qusere's name, please do not respond and report it to contact@qusere.in.
